Where we ship
We deliver to every state and union territory in India. We do not ship outside India at present.
What it costs
Delivery is free on every order, whatever its value. The price shown on the product page is inclusive of all taxes and is the amount you pay at checkout.
Dispatch
We pack your order and hand it to our courier within 1–2 working days of receiving payment. Orders placed on a Sunday or a public holiday are taken up on the next working day. By working days we mean Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
Delivery time
Once dispatched, most parcels arrive within 3–7 working days. Remote pin codes, hill stations and the North-East may take a few days longer.
Tracking your parcel
Once your parcel is dispatched, we will Email you the courier details and tracking number. You can also track your order anytime under My Account.
Delivery attempts
Our courier will call before delivery, so please provide an active phone number. If you are unavailable, they will attempt redelivery before returning the parcel to us. Should it be returned, we will contact you to arrange reshipment or a refund.
Unforeseen delays
Once the parcel is dispatched, delivery times may vary due to weather, strikes, peak seasons or local restrictions. If your shipment is delayed, Email us with your Order Number for assistance. We are not liable for delivery delays caused by events beyond our control.
Damaged parcel
Please inspect your parcel upon arrival. If the packaging or contents are damaged, take photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery to receive a replacement or refund.
Returns and exchanges
You have 15 days from delivery to return or exchange a piece, and we arrange the pickup ourselves. Sale purchases are final. The full terms are on our Refunds & Returns Policy.
