SPARO is a brand of T G Leathers Private Limited, a company registered in India with its place of business in Kochi, Kerala. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “SPARO” mean T G Leathers Private Limited, and “you” means the person placing the order.
Using this site
You are welcome to browse the site and to buy for your own personal use. You may check out as a guest or create an account, whichever suits you. Our images, designs, text and interface are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights — please don’t copy them for commercial use, and don’t interfere with the working of the site. If you create an account, keep your account details confidential; orders placed through it are treated as yours. All transactions and these terms of use are governed by Indian law.
Prices and payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of all taxes. There are no delivery charges — see our Shipping & Delivery Policy. The product page clearly displays the amount you need to pay. Product rates may be revised at any time, but a revision never affects an order already placed. Payments are handled by Razorpay under its own security standards; we never see or store your card or banking details.
When an order becomes a contract
When an order is placed, an Email confirmation assures you we have received it — the contract is formed when we dispatch the goods. Until then we may decline or cancel an order: if an item is out of stock, if a price or description was listed in error, or if we are unable to deliver to your address. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund it in full.
Cancelling an order
If you have changed your mind about the purchase, you may write to us immediately. If the parcel has not been dispatched, we will cancel it and refund you in full. Once it has been dispatched, our Refunds & Returns Policy will apply.
Delivery, returns and privacy
Delivery is covered by our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Returns, exchanges and refunds are covered by our Refunds & Returns Policy. What we do with your personal details is set out in our Privacy Policy. All three form part of these terms.
Your details
Please give us an accurate delivery address and a phone number that reaches you, since couriers call before delivering. We do not accept responsibility for a parcel delayed or returned because the address or number was incorrect.
We are responsible
We stand behind what we make. If a piece reaches you damaged or faulty, tell us and we will put it right — a replacement or a refund, whichever suits you. Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms takes away any right you have under Indian consumer law.
Reviews
If you leave a product review, please keep it in your own honest words. We may remove anything found to be unlawful, misleading or abusive.
Terms of changes
Pages are subject to update from time to time. The version published here when you place your order is the one that applies to it. SPARO reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
